I filed the required Renter’s Rebate form for both my Mother and myself on July 3, 2006 as individuals. She received her rebate check promptly TEN (10) days later! I have yet to receive mine and am told by the Franchise Tax Board inquiry phone system that “we haven’t began to work on your claim yet!” What is their reason for issuing one person’s rebate ten days following filing, while not issuing the other person’s filing until (whenever)?; when BOTH individuals reside at the very same address? There is no difference between the documentation she was required to provide than the documentation I was required to provide. They cannot be issuing these rebate checks in ‘alphabetical’ order, since her last name begins with ‘S’, while mine begins with ‘E’!

I was offered by the owners to buy a franchised fitness club that is about to close. Although I would love to own it, I am very worried that this club may be in debt up to their eyeballs. Who can I contact to get this information? This particular club caterers to women only.

I am looking for a stair-step dresser similar to the ones here:
http://www.readysethome.com/item.cfm/15003
The difference is… I need the drawers to open on the outside of the stairs, instead of toward where little feet will be climbing. I have found all sorts of bunk bed sets that include the dresser I am looking for, but as an attached unit, not separate. Since I already have a bunk bed sitting in storage, it would be pointless to buy the whole set.
I don’t care what color it is, or type of material as long as it’s very sturdy. I really want the stair dresser to utilize space while making it safer for my kids to get in and out of the top bunk. (I just don’t trust them with a ladder.)
Bear in mind that it is not feasible for me to build my own stair-step dresser… I have no place for such a project, plus I’m entirely carpentry-retarded. =)
So, if anybody has any suggestions for me, I’d be more than willing to listen.
Thanks in advance!

hroshee- Let me first thank you for the quick answer. But! I’m not seeing on that price list how I can get just the dresser, without the bed. I’m going to send them an email asking if they can do it, I was too tired last night to come up with that. (Lol!)
So in the meantime… if anyone else has a suggestion, let me know!

to own a hawthorne hotel you need 1,500,000. so I was wondering how much you would make each year on average.

Preferrable a ladder truck or something with lots, (did I mention LOTS) of attitude?I can’t seem to find any, not even online. I did find some nice pictures online, how could I have one of those printed into a poster? My little fireman is 4 yrs old and loooooooooooves firetrucks. His whole room is done in the theme. I would like to put this poster above his headboard in a nice red frame.

I am currently a grad student and during my undergraduate career, I ran up alot of credit car bills. I am in debt consolidation but that is not resolvong my problem. If anything, it is adding to my problems. I have a good job that could take care of my bills if I could see a whole check but I always end up overdrafting my account, eating up every check. My job requires me to work long hours, so I can not get another job becuase the hours are incapatibe and I don’t want to have to drop out of school. I am desperate for a solution. If I could pay my bills off and pay one person back, I’d be good to go.
