Any recs for specific websites; can you create a ladder of bonds with online purchases or is just better to buy through a broker?

Building a Ladder
Between 1000 and 1300 A.D., Anasazi cliff dwellers built elaborate stone cities into the vertical cliff faces of canyons in Northeastern Arizona. These structures, built for defense, could be accessed by raising and lowering hand made ladders. Suppose an Anasazi potter needs to build a new ladder.
The dwelling entrance is 24 feet high, and the ladder is positioned 5 feet from the base of the dwelling. What is the minimum length in feet if the ladder is to reach the entrance of the dwelling?
A. 28.5
B. 23
C. 24.5
D. 24

We are buying a house that was built in 1929 and recently discovered a room beneath the garage. The foundation appears to match the original foundation of the house. It’s about 20′x20′x5.5′. The garage floor is wooden and a small section of the floor boards can be raised so one can use a ladder to climb down below. It has a dirt floor, and is empty. It’s not possible to talk with the seller’s and the inspector said he had never seen anything like it before. We’re thinking that more recently someone may have climbed down there in order to work on a car from underneath, although the location where the floor boards open up don’t lead us to believe that’s the reason it was designed. We’ve tried to find some info online, with no luck. Has anyone ever seen or heard of such a thing that could shed some light on the original purpose of the room/space?

i am talking about a buiness that isn’t on the level of McDonads. Something small, like a doggy daycare, or a coffeehouse (not starbucks) . this is more something community level.
And would i be infringing on their *idea* legally? or is it an ethical issue?

I have a small coffee shop called Steamin’ Joes. I am wanting to develop my concept into a franchise. Can anyone recommend a franchise start up agency. I have called a few companies but some charges an arm,a leg, and a turso. While other seem a little more fairer. Needing to find a reputable company that will charge a fair price and get my coffee shop developed into a franchise. I welcome any advice and referrals.

Has anyone had success in starting a Jani-King business?
I am wanting to start my own business, or buy a franchise, and I can borrow about $30,000. I’m looking for some advice. Is there anyone who have been successful in starting a Jani-King franchise. I have heard a lot of negative information about Jani-King. I am looking for positive information.
Thank You
