i am looking into buying a franchise?
where can i find some for business advise or legal advice that will look out for my best interest. i think a lawyer may be the best. i want some one that can help me analyze a new business / location. maybe a accountant too to analyze profitability and break even point. i live in LA

you have to get a lawyer who is expert in franchise.but you have to check the existing franchises and their profitability,normal profit is about %7.
