Just got a job at Waffle house as a manager.What is the best and quickest way to climb up the success ladder?
What kind I expect in training? What are the best tips to be sucessful and move up? Is there an online manual or somewhere I can read information just to be better prepared? Any input will help, thank you.

lamo…ignore that last answer some people are idiots…. just do u job dont be friends with ur co workers when u make friends its harder to do ur job especially if u gotta write up “friends” have a back bone have the what ever it takes attitude it will take u a few years to advance

To move up, take shorter breaks, stay longer even if you don’t get paid for it, study you job tasks and the tasks for the position you want in your spare time. Ask your managers intelligent work-related questions. Management will take notice and you’ll move up fast.
