sure, but i would really scrutinize the profit and loss for the last 2 years. also give alot of thought to how, if any, the change of ownership might effect the business. you also need to have a very realistic idea of how long it will take to get your investment back, and whether there is any potential for growth? it’s a little tough to be specific without knowing the type business.
