What’s needed to start and run a successful childcare and learning center?

I am wanting to start my own business, or buy a franchise, and I can borrow about $30,000. I’m looking for some advice. Is there anyone who have been successful in starting a childcare and learning center. I earn about $60,000 a year on my present job. I realize I might not be able to leave my job immediately, but certainly my objective is to do this full time. What steps do I need to take?Thank You

Wow that’s such a big money if you will compare it in my country..
I have started a review centre and English Vacation Course in my country..I hired 1 teacher since I can’t teach good English..
I think what you need is a good building, Good advertisement and offer some discounts.
it took me 2 years before everybody know my school…Now I still need to look into my vacation Course since I don’t have any contact abroad because my target are Koreans, Japanese, and Chinese when I get those students I will only use Native English Teachers. Also If your starting don’t get employee full time…
Now I am paying my Teacher per student so if there is no students, no job, so salary..
