		<description>Last season I think I heard that for an expansion franchise you must pay the league $50 Million, and build a soccer-specific stadium for at least 18,000 spectators.

With a stadium there is a much better guarantee that the team will grow roots in its market. The stadium doesn&#039;t have to be there immediately, but the plans have to be there and construction better commence soon. 

I am opposed to further expansion, as it will only dilute the quality of the teams, but if you make it, I&#039;ll even root for ya.</description>
