With a stadium there is a much better guarantee that the team will grow roots in its market. The stadium doesn’t have to be there immediately, but the plans have to be there and construction better commence soon.

I am opposed to further expansion, as it will only dilute the quality of the teams, but if you make it, I’ll even root for ya.
