it depends on what kind of business you are starting, first you need to find out what kind of license if any you will be required to have in your area.

You would need to polish your idea and probably take out a business loan to start. Then you would want to look for a loacation that you could aford renting space in.

Keep in mind a franchise involves a ton of upfront costs. If you have the money in the bank more power to ya but many cost a couple million to get the doors open and the franchise owners will require you to have a few hundred thousand liquid in the bank. anybody that can really help you is going to tell you the first thing you do is make yourselves a business plan. it’s harder than they say, but not as hard as you think. then find ya slosest small business office (probably at the closest colledge) and find your closest S.C.O.R.E. group. then look for private people to help figure out what you want. then you go looking for maney, then licscens, then product, then location, then work your butts off.
