This is a Christmas gift for my mom who lives in the senior apartment. She alway wants to have one in case of emergency. The package arrived 5 days after I ordered it, which is understandable considering it traveled 3k miles. I took it out and found a screw in the box. It turned out it’s a corner screw and I was unable to put it back since the female part was torn out. But it’s fine for emergency use. I don’t want to send it back. The whole thing doesn’t have much weight and feels like it’s made of thin plastic. I cranked it for 100 strokes and turned on the flashlight and radio. Everything works well for about 5 minutes before the power totally went out. I didn’t test the phone charger because it doesn’t fit in my LG phone. But it should work with my mom’s. The flashlight is not very useful since it only has one led bulb. Considering the quality, I only recommend it for emergency, definitely not for daily or even camping.
