Does anyone know how much profit you can make from a ceramic cafe franchise?
I am thinking about opening one of those in my part of the city which doesnt have one yet. There are many homes in the area so I think it would be a perfect location. I would love your feedback or to get in touch with someone who owns their own shop.

Is it an actual franchise? What is the name of the franchise, or are you just thinking about starting your own business in your own name?
You will need to do a complete business plan and then have it reviewed and criticized by other successful business people. Just because there are many homes in your area does NOT mean they will all buy ceramics from you. I remember the first time I did a business plan and had my two brothers review it. Well, they raked me over the coals and asked me very hard, demanding questions about it. My younger brother has worked as a major bank stock trader for 25 years and he reviews about 6 major company business plans EACH WEEK to decide if he will invest the bank’s money in them. My other brother is a self-made millionaire. I’m sure you can guess how harsh the questions were. It took me 2 months to adjust the business plan where it was sufficient to at least get a 50% approval from them… and there were still too many unknown aspects to be sure about it.
It takes a lot of research to do your homework right. And sometimes you will discover it was a bad idea and you’ll want to kick yourself for wasting all that time. Believe me, it’s NOT a waste of time! It’s always a learning experience even if you never start the business. It’s better to not start a shaky business than to go through all the set up, only to have it fail a short time later.
