Can anyone suggest a PC game with a good singleplayer?
I use to be a pretty religious gamer playing games from starcraft, cs, dod, c&c, battlefield 2, unreal tournament, warcraft, maplestory, diablo, wow, guild wars, and so on… But now, I’m completely busy with a job and other things and so I really don’t have as much time to play. So I’m looking for a PC game with a worthwhile singleplayer. The reason im not looking for a multiplayer or mmorpg is that they usually have to be time consuming to have fun like WoW or some online RTS ladder. I recently got COD4 by a suggestion from a friend and the single player was amazing. I also got Crysis but it was a bit boring with just eye candy. So any suggestions? Newer games with high graphics would be more appreciated. Ty

3 Words: Gears of War.
The reasons: I have played it on Xbox 360 and I don’t think it is too much different on PC. It has an amazing and not too short single player. Plus if you ever feel like trying multiplayer, that’s something to do also. Plus Gears 2 is coming out soon, so you have something to play after Gears Some other good ones are Half Life 2 (also Half lfe: Episode 1 and 2) and FEAR. Hope that helped.

Short answer = Bioshock
Otherwise.
Oblivion is good, and you can pretty much play it for as many hours as you want to put in to it. The main story line is fairly short, but there are so many other things to do. GTA IV has a good single player story. It should eventually come out on PC. Half-life 2. I’m betting on Fallout 3 being very good (October 28).
